The scenery I saw on this tour was like a dream, and everyone's voices and the light of their penlights shone on me. Thank you so much. 【SHINJIRO ATAE 「Lay Me Down」(SAM SMITH cover)】 It has almost been four months since I announced the resumption of my artist activities. Working as an independent artist has been a great learning experience. I have more freedom in setting my own time schedule, which has allowed me to spend a lot of time exploring myself and my creativity. While there are many things I want to sing and express, there are also many other things I want to try out. Sometimes I’ve even felt a little stuck, unsure of where to start. What I decided to do in the end was go back to my basics and embrace my love for music. I decided to sing a few cover songs. These are songs that I love and are important to me. The first song I covered was "Lay Me Down" by SAM SMITH, an artist that I deeply respect. As creators, we are happy when people get a chance to see what we’ve made.
