Statement About Guo Wengui’s 30 years Criminal Sentence today June 30, 2026 Today, self-exiled Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui (also known as Miles Kwok) was sentenced to 30 years in U.S. federal prison following his fraud conviction. For my family and ChinaAid, this is more than just a financial fraud case. Guo was the ringleader of the coordinated harassment campaign against my family and our organization in 2020, when paid protesters threatened and intimidated us outside our home in Midland, Texas, for nearly three months.
