Today was a good day for Tesla robotaxi in Austin. No new plates were found but wait times were in the 10-20 min range for the first half of the day and then went to 5-10 mins. I was able to do a ride till 9:58 pm as well. Robotaxi app also got some good polish updates. Pick up and drop off are still the main issues but overall there has been steady visible progress. Still have ways to go though

So you can definitely get a Tesla robotaxi ride to go past 10 pm but only if you are lucky and the Tesla gods are feeling generous to allow your destination 😂 Don’t depend on it. I got a Waymo back though. That runs 24x7. Ngl today’s Waymo ride was smoother than usual (but still not close to FSD). They clearly have a much better service. Tesla has ways to go still

Tesla robotaxi wait times were 10-20 mins the whole day and now during rush hour they are 4 mins. Robotaxi you are drunk 😂 Or someone else in my area actually uses robotaxi to commute from work
