The moment people see “Telegram just dropped a ticker,” it turns into FOMO buying just to chase bags, with no intention to hold or build anything real. Everyone talks about “1B Telegram users, this should go to a milly,” but very few are actually willing to hold through anything or work together as a community. Same thing happened with when DUROV soft shilled Suspicious Frog, after the PvP , both died because no one was ready to build , not even dex was paid for any. That’s also why you see experienced TON traders barely reacting to new launches anymore — they’ve seen this cycle repeat too many times. At the end of the day, TON isn’t a casino playground. If you’re not interested in building slowly and consistently, then it’s probably not for you.
