Inclusion of all, exclusion of none 🤝 In 2022 we expanded our Diversity Sourcing team and collaborated with nearly 20 organizations, including Project BASTA and ALPFA, to hire from underrepresented communities. Learn more about our D&I initiatives.

In 2022, a record-breaking 18,382 Bloomberg employees from 111 cities globally participated in our volunteering, giving and access programs, resulting in 131,487 hours of service and over $10.2 million of critical funding for our non-profit partners.

It’s built by people who care enough to contribute their time, energy, ideas, and passion, often simply because they believe in what a community can become. That spirit means everything to us. Our ambassadors aren’t defined by whether they write code. They contribute in some of the ways that matter most: organizing events, sharing thoughtful feedback, supporting users, running communities, connecting people, and helping ideas spread. That’s the kind of contribution that makes open source real. We’ve had the chance to work alongside truly generous and talented people, and we’re proud to be building more closely with them. With these ambassadors and the wider EverMind community, we’re excited about what we’ll build together, online and off.

In 2022, we grew to 47k direct employees & $5B of capital investment in California.    Today, we’re continuing our investment in California with our new Engineering HQ in Palo Alto ✌️
