I’m a centrist democrat but the uncomfortable truth I have realized this election cycle is that while democratic socialist candidates are willing to give the fight even if they are wrong, many centrist candidates are quite toothless. What does a man have to do to see a centrist candidate say that Trump is the personification of blatant corruption, that the DSA is anti-America, and that they will fight to the end to keep them out of power while making American lives easier? Yet all I see are centrists being scared of attracting controversy in the middle of a political campaign. 🫠
