Why I'll never raise or hire: I wake up not knowing what I’ll do today. I have breakfast with my wife while my phone is off. I hit the gym. I do 4 hours of deep work on whatever sparks my creativity. I have lunch with my wife when I’m hungry. I answer support. Every customer is super kind. I get paid for my work. I close my laptop whenever I want. I go to bed excited to wake up and do it all again.

I just got a massage in China. At the beginning the lady was a bit nervous and kept speaking Chinese. So opened Google Translate and wasn’t expecting this 😅 Anyway, the massage was nice and I like Chinese people are 100% straight forward.

3 years ago, you could get away with an ugly website. It's over now. Your grandma can vibe code a landing page. Learn the fundamentals of design. Study top websites and replicate. AI won't save you (yet) because it sucks at front-end.
