When you were writing software in your codebase, you felt the pain of friction and would grease the wheels as a result. Now you're firing off dozens of agents and not watching what they're doing. Agents don't complain and they're not going to just tell you the problems that they're running into. They'll just work around them. So you've got to ask your agents about that friction. I've got a process for this that I'm going to make a video about eventually.

One thing @bot shows is that the "dumb zone" doesn't exist (if your harness is good). Everyone's got these bots (that are basically just cursor cloud agents) with massive conversations and regular compacting and it doesn't get dumb. Cursor has always been good at this and I never experienced what other people called the "dumb zone" and I thought I was taking crazy pills with everyone talking about it.

When you buy a subscription to Kody, Kody searches for emails between us and hands that over to @bot which then uses Kody to draft an email to you as a thank you and to invite feedback then notifies me to make personal changes before sending. Similar thing if you cancel too 😅
