A multistate E. coli outbreak linked to raw milk cheese has sickened at least 13 people, sending eight of them to the hospital. Sierra Nevada Cheese Company is recalling several varieties of its Graziers grass-fed raw milk cheese, including medium cheddar, sharp cheddar, jalapeño jack and Monterey jack. Cases have been reported across nine states, while the FDA and CDC continue investigating the source of the contamination and whether additional products could be affected. Officials are urging consumers to check refrigerators and freezers because the cheese has a long shelf life and to throw away or return any recalled products. TikTok is being forced to make major changes for Alabama teens, including a two-hour daily limit, overnight curfews and an end to the personalized "For You" page. The sweeping restrictions are part of a $100 million settlement reached just days before Alabama's lawsuit against the social media giant was set to go to trial. Within 45 days, TikTok must also introduce mandatory breaks during extended scrolling, ban cosmetic filters for minors and strengthen safeguards between teen and adult accounts.
