We are still trying to identify it, but it seems to be sending small amounts of Celo to many addresses: 0xdE39b40E7fdb033Eb1104d2501e0F758696046D5 ▸ We have seen an increase in MicroTransfers for stablecoins. This accounts for ~$6k in gas fee yesterday.
