When you have an agent do a lot of work for you in one session while you are AFK. It is wise to ask the agent to audit that work once you return. It will likely come up with a longish list of gaps that it could not resolve. Have the agent put those gaps into a file before you start working on them. You don't want them to get lost in context compressions. I keep a file named issues.md. I have the agent put the gaps in that file. Then, one by one, we analyze the gaps and replace them with true issues to be repaired. Finally, I tell it to fix the issues. And then the cycle repeats.
