This thing will keep increasing, and it will keep increasing as rogue actors explore thousands of exploit paths in millions of lines of public code. A literal Armageddon of hacks will hit crypto and send the R/R to negative territory. We can get out of this stronger with a small number of extremely resilient chains and protocols but we will go through a very weird time for a while.
