Have you ever walked through the White House unaccompanied at night? It’s amazing. I used to walk around when I was living there. Just killing time and soaking it in. My favorite room was the library. It smelled like history. American history. One night, I pulled a book off the shelf that was given to George Washington. The inscription was still there. George Washington held that book at one moment in time. And so did I. Simply amazing.
