Caring or being concerned about job loss isn't a weakness or illogical. It certainly doesn't make you a decel. We should be thoughtful about people's livelihoods. And if we're building or funding companies explicitly designed to replace human labor, we have a moral and ethical imperative to develop solutions for the people who are impacted. Any follower of Jesus Christ or of bushidō understands this obligation (I follow both, with my own unique amalgamation). It's our duty, our Giri, to take care of the downtrodden, meek and displaced. Be proud if you're among the folks who care about such things, and reconsider your faith if you don't.
