The Pokémon Company faces a class-action lawsuit over alleged hidden bathroom recordings. A proposed class-action lawsuit has been filed against The Pokémon Company International after a former engineering director was accused of secretly recording employees and visitors in the company’s Bellevue, Washington, office bathrooms. Investigators allegedly found 89 videos recorded inside Pokémon office restrooms on devices seized from the former executive’s home. The footage stored in folders labeled “Pokémon 27” and “Pokémon 29.”
