Complexity and specialization are making you and your agent retarded. I've been looking at a lot of coding setups lately. People are recreating everything that makes developing in large orgs a miserable experience: hyper-specialized roles, overly rigid processes, heavy documentation, ... Why would you want to be cycling through 25 skills, each with 10k+ words? Why would you want to create hyper-detailed specs upfront? We've tried this a thousand times. It doesn't work. Do what you'd do with a talented senior engineer: give them a high-level direction, communicate your preferences, and get out of the way. What they suck at?
