Microsoft has just launched Copilot Cowork, an AI coworker that can work across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft apps. But it’s not just a subscription, companies also pay based on how much AI work gets done. We went from buying software once, to paying monthly subscriptions, and now to paying extra for AI usage.
