During my visit to Cyprus, I heard from many Cypriots. Their message was clear: they want a future defined by cooperation, opportunity & peace. The @UN remains fully committed to supporting a process towards a settlement of the Cyprus issue based on dialogue, respect & good faith.

I’m back home in Cyprus 🇨🇾 after 10 days in Turkey 🇹🇷 We got lost in non touristic areas, and we discovered raw Turkey away from busy Istanbul. Turkish people are so kind and welcoming! People randomly talk to us, ask where we’re from, and offered us Turkish tea. Someone even gave us the figs he picked up from the tree 🤤 We didn’t do anything special. Just walking around local neighborhood. That’s my favorite way to travel, because you get to see how people are living for real. I normally don’t mess my diet, but baklavas are so good I had a few of them ever day 🙈 Teşekkürler Türkiye!
