HEROES!!! Two Pennsylvania teens on bikes chased a kidnapper for 15 minutes until he dumped a 5-year-old girl in the street!!! Jocelyn Rojas was playing in her grandmother’s yard in Lancaster Township on July 11, 2013, when a man lured her with ice cream. Police later said Harold Leroy Herr, 73, a Conestoga Township Megan’s Law registrant, grabbed her by the neck, forced her into a maroon sedan, and s*xually as$aulted her. He had already served roughly 20 years for abducting and r*ping another 5-year-old in 1990 with the same ice-cream pitch. Temar Boggs, 15, and Chris Garcia did not wait for a press conference. They joined the search on bicycles, spotted Jocelyn in the back seat about a half-mile away, and stayed on the car through side streets for about 15 minutes. “Every time we’d go down the street, he’d turn back around, and then we’ll follow him,” Temar told WGAL. “He stopped at the end of the hill and let her out, and she ran to me and said that she needed her mom.” Grandma Tracey Clay called Temar “our hero.” Fire Chief Ron Comfort said she was scared and had no obvious physical injuries at the scene. She was taken to a hospital as a precaution. Herr was arrested the next day after a city officer flagged his registry file. He pleaded guilty that August to kidnapping, involuntary deviate s*xual intercourse with a child, and aggravated indecent as$ault. The judge gave him 50 to 100 years.
