Coinbase says the CLARITY Act is close "Tremendous momentum." He says Democrats won concessions on consumer protections, from insider-trading safeguards to closing what he calls an FTX loophole. However, a merged draft last week dropped the ethics provision that the Democrats demanded, and several came out against it.
