Human rights for Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar have hit a new low as one rebel groups forces members of the minority group to build the very camps where they are detained.
Malaysia will return 1,500 Rohingya refugees to Myanmar on September 29, the first phase of a voluntary repatriation plan.
Human Rights Watch warns conditions for a safe return do not currently exist, citing continued crimes by Myanmar's military.
