No “bro where you at?” No “we’ll figure it out.” Just silence. And the worst part is not losing the money. It’s realizing some people were never standing next to you. They were standing next to what you had. But then there are those rare ones. The ones who text when replying to you has no upside. The ones who still call you brother when your name isn’t useful. Witnesses that you were still a man when the world only saw a loss. So when God turns the page and He will, don’t get confused by the crowd running back. Feed the ones who stayed hungry with you. Protect the ones who protected your dignity. Put gold under the feet of the ones who walked through your worst season without asking what they would get back. And the rest? Don’t hate them. Don’t announce it. Don’t subtweet it. Just let them discover, slowly, that the version of you they abandoned is dead. And the man who survived doesn’t live within reach anymore.

God will always give you the vision… but He won’t live the life for you. He’ll open doors, whisper wisdom, and place opportunities right in front of you — sometimes quietly, sometimes in ways you almost overlook. But opportunity alone isn’t the miracle. The real miracle is what you choose to do with it. Faith isn’t just believing God will move… it’s moving when He shows you where to step. It’s thinking deeper, working harder, and committing fully, even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. As scripture reminds us, we’re called to “make the best use of the time” and act with wisdom in what we’re given [1].1 God gives direction. But we have to bring discipline. God gives the chance. But we have to apply the effort. Because opportunity without action becomes regret. And purpose without work stays a dream. So when God places something in your hands — an idea, a path, a moment — don’t just pray over it… build it. Shape it. Give it your best. That’s where faith becomes real.
