try to take the day off today
go to Church or serve GOD in whatever way is best known to you, touch grass, relax, etc
we've got a LOT of time ahead of us
and you need to be mentally stable and fully refreshed to make the right decisions, maximize the opportunities ahead, and make it through what's coming
taking Sundays off is going to be incredibly beneficial for you going forward IMO
rest now
the real work starts tomorrow
Try these in your first Opus 5.5 session:
→ Hand over a whole task. Define "done" and when to check in.
→ Drop "think carefully". It always thinks first.
→ After a long run, check what it needs to go further.
Our playbook:
Try to name just ONE thing Grok Bot will not be useful for.
Seriously… it’s harder than it sounds.
The more I use it, the more I realize where this is going.
Eventually, I think all of the digital world will be handled by Grok Bot.
You’ll just tell your Grok Bot what you want done and it gets it done.
Then there’s the physical world.
That’s where Optimus comes in.
Grok Bot becomes the intelligence that can understand what you want, organize it, plan it, and coordinate everything digitally.
Optimus becomes the body that can actually go out into the real world and do things.
And the part I can’t stop thinking about is what happens when those two start working together.
One handles the digital world.
One handles the physical world.
And eventually they may feel like an extension of you…
I genuinely can’t imagine how different everyday life will look like when these two products come together.

Scan all of my agents, like Claude, Codex, Grok, etc., and trace everything for emojis or where models were celebrating because they achieved some obscenely hard goal. Just list out all the times this happened, the number of times, and how many times in each project. You can even pull my Hugging Face traces too, because there's a lot in there. I want you to dig down to the top five most common reasons why we were able to hit that goal, whether it was prompting, model's ability, harness, or whatever it was.
Try this sleep experiment for seven days:
Wake up at the same time every morning.
Get outdoor light soon after waking.
Stop caffeine by noon.
Finish dinner three hours before bed.
Make the bedroom cold, dark, and quiet.
Do this before deciding you are “just a bad sleeper.”
