Venus Core is adding a new layer of protection against price manipulation live today🛡️🧵 🔒 When unusual price movement is detected, the protocol automatically switches to conservative pricing. Instead of relying on a potentially manipulated spot price, borrow power and debt valuation are calculated based on a cautious estimate derived from recent price history. ⚠️ Without this, an attacker could pump a low-liquidity asset, borrow far more than should be allowed, and leave the protocol with bad debt. Dynamic Protection Mode cuts off that attack vector at the source 🚫 ⚡ Liquidations are NOT affected.
