What if an NFT could be publicly owned without making everything inside it public? That’s an interesting design choice behind @FungoLabs. Fungo separates its NFTs into two layers. The first is the look, which represents the artwork. It starts sealed, but the holder can choose to publish it. The second is the essence, containing the NFT’s class, four stats, and element. This remains encrypted permanently. So the market can verify ownership without automatically accessing the underlying attributes. I think this separation creates an interesting foundation for a new generation of privacy-first NFT applications.

What if your NFT could have secrets that even its creator couldn't see? 👀 Meet @FungoLabs, building the first encrypted NFTs on Ethereum, powered by Zama's Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). But what makes FungoLabs different? 🟨 Encrypted Artwork (Look) Every Genesis NFT is minted sealed. Only its holder can view the artwork, with the freedom to make it public whenever they choose. 🟨 Private Essence Behind every NFT is an encrypted identity containing its class, four stats and element. These attributes remain encrypted on-chain permanently. 🟨 Encrypted Bidding FHE enables bids to remain encrypted while an auction is open, preventing others from seeing or copying competing offers. 🟨 A Bigger Vision Genesis is just the beginning. FungoLabs is building a Launchpad for other encrypted NFT collections, followed by a game designed around the hidden traits of Genesis NFTs. The Genesis Mint | November 5, 2026 • 500 free mints shared between whitelist holders and nominees. • 2,500 NFTs allocated for the sale, paid in cZAMA. • 232 NFTs reserved for the team. This is more than another NFT collection. It's a new approach to digital ownership, where privacy becomes part of the asset itself. Seen by all. Known by one. Built with FHE on @zama. 🟨

What if hospitality isn’t as generous and inclusive as we think? Within every act of hospitality there are concealed acts of exclusion: every guest list excludes those not on it, every open door has a bouncer. Rachael Newberry applies Derrida’s theory on the hostility of hospitality to the modern political issue of refugees, examining the UK’s Homes for Ukraine scheme, widely praised as an extraordinary act of generosity, but built on vetting, time limits, and an unspoken assumption that Ukrainians are the “right” kind of refugee. True unconditional hospitality may be impossible, but it reminds us that every system of welcome excludes someone, and without it as a standard, all welcome becomes indistinguishable from administration. What if Transformers had memory along the depth axis? This paper recasts residual connections as a regression problem. Title: Depth Memory URL: It unifies residuals, Attention Residuals and Hyper-Connections as Read/Write operations on memory streams, and proposes LDM (Linear Depth Memory), a fixed-size memory that stores information across layers. Three highlights: 🧮 An exact regression over depth Each layer's output is treated as a key-value observation, and a weighted least-squares problem with forgetting factors is solved with recursive least squares (RLS). The outer-product update of linear attention turns out to be just an approximation. ⚡ GPU implementation that makes it practical State unwinding recovers earlier states from a small saved context, and windowed writes batch updates. With CuTe kernels on B200, it beats Full AttnRes in throughput and is on par with Block AttnRes. 📈 Consistent gains at 400M and 1.5B At 1.5B, LAMBADA perplexity drops from 10.49 (PreLN) to 8.42 (LDM) with only about 1% extra parameters, and gains keep growing with depth. Removing the residual stream hurts a lot, a reminder of how much the additive path matters. #Transformer# #LLM#
