WIRED spoke with an engineer who was interviewed by Edward “Big Balls” Coristine for a government engineering role at the NDS, the White House agency staffed by other DOGE veterans.
WIRED, citing an upcoming book by NYT reporters Maggie Haberman and Jonathan Swan, reports that Trump privately mocked Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos after they tried to build ties with him following the 2024 election.
The book says Trump showed associates messages from tech executives, including texts from Zuckerberg, while Bezos reportedly criticized The Washington Post during a Mar-a-Lago dinner with Trump.
It also says Bezos later asked Trump for help pushing “contractor diversity” in government space contracts as Blue Origin competed with SpaceX, but the request did not move forward.
