I need a cabal of high agency, low ego, ai-pilled interns.
I know i'm late to the game, but we're hiring a shit ton of people at
@tenex_labs in Q3, which requires a potpourri of tactics to hit our numbers.
One tactic is an army of interns. Said army has one goal: reach out to 64,000 qualified engineers on linkedin over an 8 week period.
Assuming 5 interns working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, that's 320 DMs per day.
This will not be fun or glorious, but:
1) It will drive a ton of value for our business. We are nothing without our people & acting as the frontlines for finding more great people is mission critical.
2) It will force you to get really good with AI tooling in order to efficiently hit your numbers without diminishing quality.
On top of this, we'll be running weekly education sessions, where members of the Tenex team (from engineering to strategists and ops) teach you key AI concepts as well as how to become AI-native in your work.
Why do I share all of this?
Because most people are dishonest about internships. They promise professional paradise. A mini MBA. And most are digital janitorial services.
I'd rather be honest about what this internship is & what it isn't, so we bring on people who are ready to fucking crush it.
The job will be a grind. But it will also give you exposure to people living at the edges of AI & force you to get good with the technology yourself.
