The College of Defence Management (CDM) congratulates Colonel DPLT Kaluaggala of the Sri Lanka Army, an international participant of HDMC 22, on his promotion to the rank of Brigadier. The new rank insignia was pinned by Air Vice Marshal GKJ Reddy, Commandant, CDM, as per military tradition.
