The workers are asking Ubisoft to: - Cancel the 51 layoffs. - Guarantee better job security. - Bring back the studio’s previous remote work policy (up to 60% remote work). - Honor previously promised promotions and salary increases. Ubisoft has responded to layoffs that: "remains a proposal, and no final decision will be made until the collective consultation process has concluded".
