This one hurts. Jason Collins was a pioneer. He had courage like you've never seen. He was an incredible teammate. And having him in Brooklyn at the start of my coaching journey meant so much. Those who knew him were blessed to call him a friend. You are already missed my brother. Rest in power. 💔

ELON MUSK: IT HURTS MY BRAIN, MY HEART HURTS Elon Musk shared that during Tesla’s most difficult times, he worked up to 22 hours a day, seven days a week - often sleeping in the factory, moving between the paint shop, assembly line, and body shop. His relentless dedication kept the company alive, but Musk also admitted that no one should push themselves that hard. The physical and mental strain was overwhelming-describing it as painful to both his mind and heart. The takeaway is clear: intense effort can build great achievements, but sustainability matters just as much. Success demands hard work, yet burnout benefits no one -not even the most determined leaders.
