I love Grok Bot. I can see this being my daily driver for personal agentic AI. Claude models/harness still have an edge to me, but not for everything. The line is blurred with 4.6, and every sign points to 4.7 making the two platforms interchangeable for my personal tasks. A big edge for Claude over Grok for me was product. Grok offered no agentic tool on mobile and was just chat on phone, agents in terminal. Grok Bot changes everything. Guessing when the Cursor acquisition finalizes, they’ll bolt this into the Grok app, and the end result will be a superior product experience. Claude has amazing app capabilities, but it’s honestly confusing. They’ve got 3 separate tabs for agentic work (code, dispatch, cowork) and even for someone who is geeking out about this stuff, it took me a minute to understand how to use all 3 of these. It’s sloppy product development IMO, and the average consumer is never going to figure this out. And they shouldn’t have to tbh. Grok Bot takes all of this BS and hides it beneath the surface — all you have to do is show up to the party and start talking to your agents; they’ll figure out the rest. It’s just such a satisfying user experience and so much more accessible. If they can make the virtual machine setup affordable, this is definitely the superior setup. My current only hesitation for not getting deeper into Grok Bot/setting my life up in it is the fact that I’m testing it through a Cursor Ultra trial sub, and ultimately I’d like to run this app through a SuperGrok Plus sub. I don’t think there’s any way to merge accounts, and it isn’t available through SGP yet, but I don’t want to spend a month standing up a bunch of things only to have to start over when they inevitably roll this out wider. But my honest guess is that by end of year I will have no personal Claude account, and Grok will be my exclusive tool outside of work.
