Days: consulting job.
Nights: DoorDash.
After DoorDash: InstaCart.
After Instacart: Uber Eats.

Xbox CEO Asha Sharma is overhauling key parts of the leadership team to fix execution problems.
In a memo to staff (via CNBC), she said:
“Right now, it is too hard to ship impact quickly. We spend too much time inward instead of with the community, and we lack the depth we need in some of the fundamentals.”
She’s pulling in executives from Microsoft’s CoreAI division (engineering, design, growth & analytics, dev tools) and even a director from Instacart (her old company).
Hardware leader Jason Ronald’s role is also being strengthened.
Recent moves under Sharma so far:
>Rebranded from “Microsoft Gaming” back to Xbox
>Game Pass price cuts
>Renewed focus on consoles, daily active users, community, and core fundamentals
This comes as Microsoft Gaming has seen revenue declines in recent quarters.
