Mr. Zay Tariliela, when you cannot win the arguments and answer the questions you resort to hysteria. Same old tricks. Is that all you have? First, no one is disrespecting you simply because you are Filipino. You have told too many lies and done too many bad things. When those lies are confronted with facts and bad behavior is exposed, embarrassment and panic seem to be your only response. Let me ask you, what is respect? You slander and smear China but expect China to remain silent. Chinese citizens now face discriminatory and targeted enforcement in the Philippines, and you hope the Chinese Embassy does not correct the wrong doings. Are these acts respect? Certainly not. Let me be clear. The Chinese Embassy has the responsibility to uphold the interests and dignity of China and provide consular protection and safeguard the safety and legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens. Second, stop dragging the Filipino people into your publicity stunts. Filipinos are warm, kind, and hospitable people, and we have tremendous respect for them. But you are unlike them and cannot speak for the Filipino people. You deliberately stoke hostility between our two countries and try to push China and the Philippines toward confrontation, even conflict. When you cannot answer the arguments, you change the subject; when you cannot defend your claims, you stir up resentment; and when the facts expose you, you try to turn the issue into an attack on the Filipino people. Always the same tactics. The Chinese Embassy's responsibility is to bring our two countries closer, not further apart; to bring our peoples together, not drive them away. To people like you, who are dead set on sabotaging Chinese-Philippine bilateral relations, we will keep saying NO. And you think you can silence us? Not a chance. According to online sources, in September 2003, you were accused to have cheated in a quiz while studying in PMA and violated the honor code due to your answers being similar to another class. You left PMA prior to graduation in 2004. Two decades later, there seems to be a similar pattern. When a Chinese Navy vessel assisted a Filipino fisherman at sea last December, you attempted to deny the facts. Yet the video released clearly shows the fisherman being provided with food and water. Last January you publicly attacked the Chinese leader, but later claimed you had never mentioned the Chinese leader’s name. Apparently, when the facts become inconvenient, the easiest solution is simply to pretend they never happened. 2. You have parroted foreign rhetoric and embraced the narrative of containing China and undermining Philippines-China relations. There are ample public records in this regard. The "Transparency Initiative" was invented by Ray Powell, a retired US military officer and his"Project Myoushu" (now renamed "SeaLight") at Stanford University. Ray Powell proudly announced that the "transparency initiative" was introduced to the Philippines and has become its national strategy since 2023. "Coincidentally" you became the so-called spokesperson of the "west Philippines sea" of PCG and the chief executor of the initiative. Through the "transparency initiative" you selectively publicized photos and video footage and peddled false narratives against China. This is not transparency. It is public perception manipulation. 3. You accuse me of being a “foreign agent”? LOL. I am a Chinese diplomat. I openly represent my country, promote friendly exchanges between China and the Philippines, and push back against smears, distortions, and attacks against my country. I do not need to hide behind euphemisms, borrowed slogans, or someone else’s strategy play book like you do.
