Netflix is collapsing. Their stock has been downgraded by one of the largest banks and their price target was dropped from $96 to $76 citing falling user engagement and competition YouTube. Turns out pushing the sexualization of children and mocking Charlie Kirk’s murder isn’t great for business with their stock price cratering 41% in the past year. But their stock should be the least of their concerns… they should face a Congressional investigation.

Netflix can't seem to shake off a rough stretch on Wall Street. Wells Fargo just slashed its rating on the stock to Underweight, pointing to a thinner content lineup and cooling viewer engagement as reasons to stay cautious. Netflix $NFLX downgraded to Underweight from Equal Weight at Wells Fargo Wells Fargo downgraded Netflix to Underweight from Equal Weight with a price target of $57, down from $80. Wells says the company's engagement trends "look worrying." Wells believes Netflix's originals content slate is weaker in the second half of 2026 versus prior periods. Its base case is the company's top 100 originals hours will be down 21% year-over-year. Wells cites engagement risk for the downgrade.
