The meeting followed a written submission outlining how vaults should fit within securities laws. Curators exercising investment discretion would face different requirements than neutral protocol developers. The proposals also cover custody, tokenized fund shares, transfer agents, and secondary markets. According to Plume, regulation should vary based on the roles that the participants play inside the vault. Meanwhile, Plume says neutral protocol infrastructure should not automatically trigger securities regulation.

Plume Brings Brazilian Credit Card Yields To Bybit Users Plume (@plumenetwork) Vault’s nOPAL is now available through Bybit (@Bybit_Official) RWA Earn, expanding access to real world asset yields. The vault gives users exposure to Brazilian credit card receivables settled through Visa and Mastercard. The underlying market represents roughly $3 trillion, according to Plume. BlackOpal manages the receivables, while Plume provides the infrastructure powering the RWA vault. Plume says its vault ecosystem has processed more than $1 billion in deposits and redemptions.

Plume Network Could Open a New Route Into Global Investments Plume (@plumenetwork) and Reah are teaming up to expand access to tokenized financial assets. Plume provides onchain vault infrastructure for institutional investment strategies. Reah plans to place those products alongside fiat, stablecoins, and other treasury assets. The partnership targets businesses in markets such as Indonesia, Mexico, and Malaysia. Products include U.S. Treasuries, AAA CLOs, private credit, and bond funds. The partnership focuses on making institutional products easier for businesses to access.

Plume Network Is Driving Institutional Adoption @plumenetwork officially crosses the 260,000 RWA holder milestone, signaling an acceleration in the migration of private equity and physical assets to the blockchain. Plume and Shinhan Put The Korean Won To The Tokenization Test Shinhan Asset Management has signed an MOU with Plume Network (@plumenetwork) for a KRW-denominated tokenized fund PoC. The pilot will use Shinhan’s KRW ultra-short-term bond funds as underlying assets. Plume will test tokenization, distribution and compliance infrastructure for offshore markets. According to the press release, the companies will benchmark BlackRock’s BUIDL model during the demonstration. The PoC will test KYC, AML and whitelist-based transfer restrictions. The project does not involve actual issuance or distribution at this stage.

The collaboration aims to accelerate the integration of tokenized assets into legacy post-trade infrastructure. The RWA-native network joins a cohort of institutional giants, including @CharlesSchwab, @Nasdaq, and @AlpacaHQ, to provide technical feedback on the DTCC Tokenization Service.
