He served three stints as CEO, most recently stepping down in early 2023. Since then he's focusing on his VC firm and the Schultz Family Foundation, which invests in training and hiring veterans and young people, helping veterans ensure a smooth transition back into civilian life. TD Cowen upgraded $SBUX to Buy and raised its PT to $120 from $106, saying Starbucks has “numerous tangible drivers” for positive sales revisions. The firm expects labor investment to be offset by sales leverage, easing COGS and non-core cost cuts.
