The agreement includes: • $40 million placed in escrow upfront • Six quarterly payments of $30 million • Up to 8 million gallons of water per day through water reuse and wastewater reclamation • Up to 10 million gallons per day by expanding the Southmost Regional Water Authority plant • Funding restricted to approved projects and released as milestones are completed Together, these projects could add around 18 million gallons of water every day.
