I created it to convey an even stronger sense of the desire to transform. At its base is a depiction of the self—someone who is not yet anyone in particular—from which a radiant Hatsune Miku emerges from the chrysalis. Everyone harbors a desire to transform and become someone else, and this tendency seems especially strong in contemporary society.
