Grift paid for by Cleveland taxpayers continues thanks to an unelected, unhinged liberal activist disguised as a judge. The consent decree failed to keep Cleveland safe by kneecapping law enforcement. Without a huge improvement in safety, Cleveland won’t achieve its potential.
