吴说获悉，Flash Rescue 联合创始人 Darcy 称，在 Gate 用户约 170 万美元资产失窃案中，涉案资金与其他资金混合后流入交易所 SuperEX，导致资金归属识别、Tether 冻结及跨境调证难度增加。调查需沿链上地址、交易所账户、设备及提现去向逐层锁定实际控制人。
SuperEX 是一家由塞舌尔注册公司 SUPERDAO INC 运营的加密交易平台，于 2026 年 6 月因未在韩国完成 VASP 申报而被韩国 FIU 列入未申报经营者名单，并通报调查机关。
