About the discount to remake the old mask: When the mask gets dirty or severely damaged after using it for a period, we provide a discount of 30% off, with a remake of using old mask data. (using different mask mold is okay) For example, change the eye color, no other adjustments to the expression or additional design are needed, that will not have an extra price. It is also suitable to the customer who only wants a mask more, or a mask with different eye/hair color. Indeed, sending the old mask back for modification can get a bit easier, but add the shipping cost to Taiwan, this might not be more cost-effective. The FRP material we use can be durable for decades, the old mask still has structural strength, has great potential for modification, but cost always needs to be considered.
