the trade is short 30 yr bonds targeting 107.04-06, short gold at 4591 down to 4492, sell more under 4492, took 25% off at 4470 to pay for the trade, I will flatten at 4325 or scratch the balance. ES and NQ suck so far. It would have been nice to buy some CL, missed that.......

Ok-so remember, 202 pt swings with 101 pt ladder rungs. The swing trade is short below 7402 to take profit at 7307, sell more under 7300 to complete at 7200. If we get back above 7400 the swing is over and we stay in this tight range, watch cl, and VERY VERY importantly is to watch the 30 yr bonds are taking out last years lows.......... very unbullish(@chigrl
