i don't often post about giving up alcohol, because i said to myself i'd never be the type to be all preachy and shit about it, but coming up to three years tea total now and to say it has been a game changer to my health and mental state would be an understatement started... teaching myself the piano and can play music i never thought would be possible, still practicing weekly do more art, daily, very freeing for your mind running weekly now, with the aim one day to do a marathon (never thought i'd ever run again a few years back) coding projects in the evenings, because i'm focused and now have the time for it spend less time online, more time outside, and feel 10x better for it that is all, preach over 😊
