Apple’s new watches are coming with a new feature that turns them into mass surveillance devices This new feature will can provide you with AI summaries of every conversation you've had in the day The watch’s mic listens for speech, it decides whether a conversation is happening, then audio gets deciphered, then Apple Intelligence model produces a title + summary + key points in the conversation The issue here is people you are taking with might be wearing this watch and you’ll never know it’s recording everything you say Apple says the recordings aren’t stored and the speech it’s capturing won’t be accessible to anyone, including Apple. But who really believes this can’t be exploited….. This turns Apple Watches into recording devices you’ll never even know are recording This new feature will be on Apple Watch Series 12 and Ultra 4

APPLE LAUNCHES SIRI AI WITH PERSONAL CONTEXT, GEMINI INTEGRATION Apple has begun rolling out its rebuilt Siri AI in beta with iOS 27, giving the assistant access to personal context across messages, emails, photos and other on-device information. The new Siri adds onscreen awareness and systemwide app actions, allowing it to understand what a user is viewing and take actions such as adding events to a calendar, drafting emails, finding information buried in messages or pulling details from photos. Apple says the new Apple Intelligence architecture uses its own foundation models built in collaboration with Google and Gemini, with processing split between on-device models and Private Cloud Compute. Siri also gets a dedicated app with conversation history synced across Apple devices, while Visual Intelligence expands into the Camera app, iPad, Mac and Vision Pro. One notable monetization detail: Apple says some server-side AI features will have daily usage limits, with expanded access available for a fee in the future. Siri AI is launching first in English on Apple Intelligence-capable devices, including the iPhone 15 Pro and newer models. It will not initially be available in the EU on iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, and remains unavailable in China while Apple works through regulatory requirements. Source: Apple, WSJ
