Solidarity campaigns have launched the global #BoycottReebok# campaign, urging increased public pressure on the sportswear company over its sponsorship of the Israeli Football Association. The campaign also criticized FIFA for failing to take action despite the deaths of more than 1,000 Palestinian and Lebanese athletes during the war and the destruction of sports facilities in the Gaza Steip. It honored several members of Palestine's sports community who were killed, including goalkeeper Salim Al-Ashqar, coach Hani Al-Masdar, sports official Mohammed Al-Wuhaidi, and young footballer Fadi Al-Naasan.
