The developers have filed a counter-notice asking the court for more time to respond to Blizzard’s claims, which could delay the case. At the same time, they are still releasing new updates and content for the server. Blizzard says the private server breaks its copyrights and trademarks, violates the DMCA, and includes other illegal activities. The company wants the server shut down and is seeking financial damages.
