Drones struck one of Russia’s largest oil facilities overnight, hitting the Ryazan refinery deep inside the country.

Ukrainian drones hit the Solnechnogorsk petroleum loading station in Durykino, Moscow Oblast, and the fire scale visible in footage is large enough to suggest the facility won't be back online quickly. Russia's fuel logistics network has now taken repeated hits across multiple oblasts this month, and every disrupted loading station tightens the squeeze on military supply chains running west toward Ukraine.

Ukrainian drones hit the Moscow region overnight, targeting sanctioned defense-industrial infrastructure. Reported strikes include JSC Angstrem, a microelectronics and semiconductor manufacturer under US sanctions, and the MKB Raduga missile development plant in Dubna. A fire broke out at the Solnechnogorskaya oil depot loading station in Durikino, with a separate blaze reported near Sheremetyevo Airport. Kyiv is systematically working through Russia's defense supply chain, and the Angstrem hit in particular lands on a facility the US already identified as worth cutting off.

Ukrainian drones reportedly targeted Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow, one of Russia's busiest civilian hubs, forcing flight diversions and temporary airspace closures. Russia has spent three years bombing Ukrainian airports, rail yards, and power infrastructure. The target list now runs both directions.

Ukrainian drones hit the Ryazan Oil Refinery overnight, knocking out three processing units (AVT-3, AVT-4, AT-6) and the diesel hydrotreating line. Ryazan sits roughly 180 kilometers southeast of Moscow, which makes this one of the deeper infrastructure strikes of the war. On the ground, Ukrainian forces also hit a command post near Pokrovsk, a UAV control node in Grafske, a military equipment hangar in Selydove, and an MTS warehouse in Baranivka. Russia is losing refining capacity and forward command infrastructure at the same time, and neither problem has a quick fix.
