Real plastic for the music.

GTA 6 DualSense pre-orders went live today, and PlayStation Direct immediately collapsed, scalpers also didn’t waste any time, with some pre-orders appearing on eBay for as much as €195. The new controllers come in black and white versions, both priced at $85, but as soon as pre-orders opened, many people reported errors. Some users were waited around an hour just to place an order. Other retailers handled the demand better, although some were already sold out shortly after pre-orders opened. All of this for a controller, just imagine when the game launches

GTA 6 could reportedly cost U.S. businesses around $1 billion in lost productivity when it launches on November 19. The estimate assumes roughly 1.5 million people could take the day off to play. The calculation uses an average U.S. worker contribution to GDP of about $70,000 per year. November 19 could be a seriously unproductive Thursday.

They reiterate Buy with a $368 target against $233, off the back of the GTA 6 gameplay reveal that Netflix aired last week. The funny part is in the risk section. Since August 18, an anonymous account called CyberLeek has been posting GTA 6 clips, and the details look consistent with someone having a real playable build. Rockstar acknowledged it on the 26th. But the same account is also promoting its own meme coin, so BofA's reasoning for why this probably isn't catastrophic is that the motive looks financial, and monetizing through a token is a less direct path than just distributing pirated copies. The bull case includes "the leaker seems more interested in his shitcoin." You can't make this up. On valuation, TTWO trades at 93x FY2026 EPS and 53x FY2027. I get that GTA Online is a machine, but I wonder whether it justifies that kind of built-in premium. Not my type of setup, but interesting nonetheless.

GTA 6 HAS FURRIES During Kinda Funny's private Rockstar demo, a police helicopter warned people to stay inside after a reported "furry sighting in the area".. They asked Rob Nelson to turn around & investigate, and the event appeared to stay active while they searched, but they couldn't see what was happening
