The liturgical year is not simply a commemoration of events from the past, but the living presence of Christ, who continues the work of salvation in his Church and guides us to an encounter with Him. #GeneralAudience#

Faith can be embodied in all cultures, because it does not identify itself with any of them in a specific one. It dwells within them, shaping them from within according to the “form” of Jesus Christ; that is, through charity, service and the filial recognition of God’s fatherhood. In this way, the Church draws from the various cultures all that is good, beautiful and true, in order to embody and transmit the message of the Gospel. #GeneralAudience#

"The well-being of the individual and of human and Christian society is intimately linked with the healthy condition of that community produced by marriage and family” (Gaudium et spes, 47). The Church is well aware of this, as shown by the pastoral concern of the Popes who have succeeded one another since the last Council, right up to the two Synodal Assemblies convened by Pope Francis, which were addressed again in recent days by the Heads of the Eastern Catholic Churches and the Presidents of the Bishops' Conferences. #GeneralAudience#

The first mission of the Church is to help people be attentive to the profound questions of life: those concerning our origin and our destiny, as well as those concerning the meaning of love and suffering. The logic of profit at all costs and the manipulation of information risk exerting undue pressure on people to conform to a lifestyle centred on the consumption of material goods, but our hearts are made to look upwards. #GeneralAudience#

Eka Robotics CEO @pulkitology predicts almost nothing will change for consumers in robotics over the next year: "For the general audience, nothing is going to change. We’re going to see a lot and lot of video demos, but demos are a whole different thing than robots working in production." "Maybe if you are in the Bay Area, there are pilots happening where you can get a humanoid to come in your home and try out things." "I expect a lot of adoption happening in industries, where machine learning-based robotics is actually proving that it can work for actual automation in real-world scenarios." "My prediction is a boring one, that automation will happen in factories, not in homes." @EkaRobotics
