HEINOUS ATTACK: U.S. Army veteran Andrew Arrabaca is in custody after allegedly setting off fireworks and igniting a fire outside 26 Federal Plaza in New York City. According to federal officials: • The Motive: The suspect made anti-ICE and anti-government statements and told federal agents he targeted the building to harm people inside or entering. • The Weapons: Officers found an airsoft rifle, two axes, a hammer, a machete, and three knives at the scene. • The Damage: Two people suffered minor injuries, including an immigrant at the building for a hearing. The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force is currently investigating the incident as an act of political extremism.
